Definition
If you find a lower tee time rate on another website (same Date,Time and Course), Mylora.ca will match the lower rate. In addition, we will honour this rate and give you a further reduction of 10%.
The guarantee: how it is applied
Rates can change and it is possible that you may find a lower price once you have completed your tee time reservation through Mylora.ca. In this case, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours following the completion of your reservation. We invite you to communicate directly with one of our staff at
(604) 271-5626 or Send a Claim.
When you Call or Send a Claim, you must provide the following:
- Your Name
- Your Email Address
(if different than the one used for the reservation)
- Your Phone Number
- Your Confirmation Number
- Your Tee Time (Date & Time)
- The internet address (link) of the competing website
- The lower accomodation price
Verification of claims
All requests are subject to verification by Mylora.ca. Mylora.ca will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Mylora.ca staff. Nor will Mylora.ca verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a technical or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
Changes
Mylora.ca reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. No change in the Best Price Guarantee will affect any voucher that has already been issued to you.
